Hello everyone!
Well, after 10 whole days here in Jackson Hole Wyoming, we are actually getting our RV back today, and will be on the road sometime this afternoon! Hurray! It has been a strange 10 days of negotiating with various insurance companies - it seems that we have two separate warranties on the transmission of the RV.....one from Cruise America for 30 days or 1,000 miles, and one for 100,000 miles...They cant seem to figure out who is supposed to pay! Me? I dont care who pays, as long as its not us - get it done, get us out of here!
As gorgeous as it is here, between the Tetons and Yellowstone, it is soooo expensive, even renting a room with a kitchen is way more expensive than living in an rv!!! As soon as we are back in the rv and on the road, I have photos of our little adventure here! Bear (mama and 2 cubs), moose (bull and cow with baby), a fawn, lots of buffalo and elk, a coyote, some fox.....
The pelicans have been elusive since Greece....I keep hearing about them, but cant ever seem to find one.....We went rafting down the Snake River, and went horseback
riding in the foothills of the Tetons (Cowboy Ken got on a horse for the first time since he was 11!!!!)

The plan is to head to Lincoln, Neb - say hi to Susan L, possibly attend a Huskers game - then head to NH to visit there, and get some business done.....then we need to be back in OR on Sept 15 so Ken and his kids can catch their plane to visit his mom.......where does the time go???? oh yeah, 10 days in Jackson Hole and a sick mom equals no fall new england/nova scotia tour.......I think, who knows, plans could change again at any time!
